welcome to our little lakeside bistro
Our catering team have created a little slice of food heaven right here in Lincoln serving our unique take on popular home cooked dishes. Our inspiration comes from travels around the Mediterranean basin working on yachts and visiting little local eateries where 'fresh is best'.

Our core menu is reliably available whenever we are open for swimming and activity sessions with a 'Specials' board which is updated depending on the availability of good quality seasonal produce.

Our team make our signature dishes 'in house', from our amazing loaded chilli nachos to our hand thrown pizzas and ciabatta sandwiches we take pride in delivering every dish prepared with care.

hand thrown & home made PIZZA
We started producing a thin crust pizza a few years ago when we found a Pizza oven capable of producing the results we craved.
We now make all our own dough, add your choice of toppings on a mixed cheese and tomato base and then fire it from both sides at 430 Degrees. This results in a quick cooked, thin crust, delicious pizza straight from our oven to your plate in less time than it takes for you to finish your first drink.

We have been working to develop our 'signature' menu and will be bringing you a selection of NEW dishes for Summer 2024 to sit along side our historic menu of open ciabatta sandwiches and home made chilli.

For a change, perhaps you will try our herb encrusted white fish fillet on a bed of pesto tagliatelle with oven fired cherry tomatoes and a balsamic drizzle with a lemon tartlet or sorbet to finish?

How about our seared tuna steak served with a mango salad or perhaps one of our rainbow salad bowls is more your thing.
